My condolences to the Family and close friends of Joe. I was a class mate of both Joe and Albert. Joe was a very good person, with a smile, easy laugh and a twinkle in his eyes. He was a hard worker and always had good things to say. God Bless Joe, and his Family and Friends. Jim Vigil
